Service Description
Mindfulness can have a wide range of benefits from stress reduction to lowered risk of several health conditions. The postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) presented during class can help bring one’s mind into the present moment and help reduce stress and anxiety. The class will focus on building strength and stability in the body, calming the mind, and breathing through the present moment.
