Join us for a rejuvenating 2-hour retreat designed specifically for couples (2 people. ) This unique experience combines the healing benefits of infrared sauna w/ halotherapy, somatic release techniques, a soothing sound bath, and the Zen Zone to sit back and relax.

Infrared Sauna: Enjoy the detoxifying effects of the infrared sauna, combined with salt, color, and aromatherapy, which helps to relieve tension and promotes overall wellness.
Somatic Release: Engage in guided somatic release exercises that encourage emotional and physical release.
